Welcome to PEZ Price Guide (pezpriceguide.com), a PEZ dispenser price guide, collection tracker, and collector community operated by PEZ Price Guide ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. Questions about these terms can be sent through our Help form.

1. Who can use the site

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you should have a parent or guardian's permission. By creating an account you confirm the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

Sign-in is handled by Clerk, our authentication provider. You can sign in with Google or with an email address. You are responsible for activity on your account. Optionally, you can link a Discord account so we can verify Erin Collects PEZ YouTube membership tiers through Discord roles; linking is never required to use a paid membership.

3. Membership and billing

Full membership costs $6.99 per month, billed through Stripe. You can cancel at any time and your membership runs through the end of the period you paid for. Members whose eligible YouTube channel membership (verified via Discord) grants site access are billed by YouTube, not by us; we never see YouTube payment details.

If you believe you were billed in error, contact us through the Help form and we will look into it. [OWNER: confirm refund policy. Draft assumes no automatic refunds, with billing errors handled case by case via the Help form.]

4. Contribution credits

Approved contributions to the catalog (new items, corrections, photos) can earn credits. 30 credits convert to one free membership month, applied as a Stripe balance credit. Credits are subject to daily caps and cooldown rules, have no cash value, cannot be transferred or redeemed for money, and are not available to YouTube-billed memberships. We may adjust credit values, caps, eligibility, or discontinue the program at any time; already-converted membership months are not affected. Contributions submitted to game the system may be reversed and can lead to loss of contribution privileges.

5. Your content and contributions

When you submit content to the site, including catalog contributions and photos, you keep ownership of it, but you grant PEZ Price Guide a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, reproduce, and adapt it as part of operating the site. Approved photos and catalog contributions become part of the public catalog and remain there even if you later delete your account. Only submit content you have the right to share.

All submissions are reviewed by our moderators, who may edit, reject, or remove content at their discretion. Do not submit content that is unlawful, infringing, misleading, abusive, or unrelated to the purpose of the site.

6. Marketplace

Eligible members can list PEZ items for sale in the marketplace. PEZ Price Guide is not a party to any sale. Buyers and sellers deal with each other directly and arrange payment between themselves using the payment handles the seller provides (for example PayPal or Venmo). We do not process marketplace payments, hold funds, ship items, or guarantee any transaction, item condition, or description. Seller eligibility currently requires an active membership plus a qualifying YouTube membership tier. Use common sense and buy or sell at your own risk.

7. Price data is informational

Price guide values are estimates based on catalog research and observed marketplace data. They are provided for informational and hobby purposes only. They are not appraisals, not an offer to buy or sell, and not financial or investment advice. Actual sale prices vary. Do not make financial decisions based solely on this site.

8. Affiliate links

The site contains affiliate links to eBay, Amazon, and other marketplaces. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.

9. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the contribution or credit systems, or harm the site or other users. If we terminate a paid membership without cause, we will refund the unused portion of the current billing period. [OWNER: confirm this pro-rata-on-termination promise.]

10. Disclaimers

The site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that catalog data, prices, or third-party listings are accurate or current.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PEZ Price Guide will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for losses arising from marketplace transactions between users, third-party listings, or reliance on price data. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

12. Governing law

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes we will update the date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify signed-in members. Continuing to use the site after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
